Focused Meetings with Decision Makers

Nothing is as effective as a face-to-face meeting, especially with real decision makers who are engaged and ready to listen.

Arc-Interiors provides a platform for senior designers to meet quality suppliers and learn about new products, innovations, applications and solutions in the context of their own current and future construction projects.

This unique interiors-focused forum enables suitable suppliers to get a fuller understanding of what these specifiers need, so they can develop their products & propositions more effectively and work more closely with key architects.

At Arc-Interiors product information and technological advances are shared and discussed in a series of private meetings of 30 minutes each, one-to-one during the 2 days of Friday and Saturday.

Pre-Selected Meetings

All Arc-Interiors attendees provide detailed profiles before the forum so you can see exactly who's coming, and determine with whom you need to meet in advance of the meetings forum.

1 month before the forum starts, you select with whom you want to meet in priority order. We then produce your own personalized meetings schedule.

You will have 3 types of meetings:

a. Those where you have both asked to meet each other.
b. Your own requests,
c. Those requested by other delegates who want to meet you,

Our system ensures your schedule is the most effective combination possible of these 3 meeting types. This will be indicated on your provisional meetings schedule,which you will receive and be able to approve and change 1 week before the forum.

Your final meeting schedule, the one you will work from, will be collected on the first morning of your meetings.

Outside of your meetings schedule, you will find ample opportunity to meet and get to know the other attendees. Since there are many more designers attending than vendors, supplier companies are able to conduct other meetings with senior designers during the forum.
