A
Tried and Tested System of Technology Information Exchanges Between
Senior Manufacturing Personnel and Senior Architects & Designers.
Senior Designers
recognize the need to keep abreast of the latest developments in
supplier innovations, trends, materials, products & services.
Arc-Interiors'
fresh approach
allows architects to gain first-hand information, from well-informed
senior management of manufacturing companies, without the pressure
and expectation that can arise from a 'hard-sell' meeting with a
local sales person.
At Arc-Interiors
product information
and technological advances are shared and discussed in a series
of private, face to face meetings. These two-way exchanges ensure
that leading architects are consulted on the development and delivery
of innovative products and services, they further ensure that such
products & services maintain their relevance in the market-place
for the long-term.
Putting
Architects and Designers in Charge
Arc-Interiors
architects and designers have their own private meeting table, which
vendors attend at a specified time according to their personal itinerary.
Delegates find that this reversal of the traditional trade show
format allows the architects to be more in control, relaxed and
attentive during the meeting sessions.
A&D delegates will normally conduct between 6 and 12 meetings
during the event, each will be according to his or her prior agreement.
On average they will have specifically-requested half of their meetings
and the other half are as a result of mutual or vendor requests.
Since there are many more designers & architects attending than
vendors, supplier companies are able to conduct as many as 60 meetings.
Pre-Selected
Meetings
All delegates,
from whatever side of the spectrum, will know precisely which company
they will be meeting before the event takes place. They can also
be assured that each meeting will be with a senior member of their
respective businesses and able to discuss projects on a national
or even international level. |

Creating
Your Personalized Itinerary

1. One month
prior to the event, all delegates are invited to access the Arc-Interiors
directory, via the web site, which contains a profile of every company
attending.
You Select Your Best Prospects
2.
Both architects and supplier delegates will then be asked to choose
companies they would like to meet, in order of priority, by means
of completing a simple 'Meetings Request Form' (MRF).
Your Personal
Schedule is Prepared
3.
One week prior to the event, a personalized schedule is produced
for each delegate. This will give meetings, together with time and
place of appointment. Should any meetings be deemed inappropriate,
these will be changed to ensure that your time is spent as effectively
as possible. |
